Head beyond the brightest lights of Inari for an evening beneath the northern sky. Travel with a guide by car or minibus, following a route chosen for the weather and sky conditions. Along the way, stop in suitable places to step outside, look up and enjoy the winter landscape after dark.
On a clear evening there may be stars above the trees or a glimpse of northern lights moving across the sky. The changing conditions make each outing a little different, with time to take in the quiet surroundings between stops. A hot drink offers a warming pause during the evening, while the local transport brings the different viewing places together.
