MEET FINLAND
How booking works
Choose the experience that suits your group, check the details and book through the activity’s Bókun checkout.
Choose an activity
Check the location, duration, inclusions, minimum age, group requirements and price per guest. Each activity page shows what is included and its own calendar.
Choose a date and book
Standard winter activities need at least 28 days’ notice. Longer product-specific cutoffs and earlier included services may require more notice; the calendar applies those limits using Europe/Helsinki.
If your preferred date is closer or is not shown, send an enquiry. An enquiry does not reserve places or confirm availability.
Keep your booking confirmation
The current standard tours use instant booking. Complete the checkout and keep the confirmation issued for the booked activity, date and participants. Selecting a calendar date or sending an enquiry alone does not confirm a booking.
An activity may be delivered by a local provider. If the agreed service cannot be supplied, the applicable cancellation and refund terms explain your rights.
Receive the practical details
Follow the meeting instructions supplied for your booking and check what to bring. Transport and equipment are activity-specific. A central local transfer does not automatically cover every hotel, an airport or a different destination.
Payment information
Pay securely through Stripe in the Bókun checkout. The full VAT-inclusive price is shown before payment. A receipt and booking confirmation can be separate documents. Our enquiry form does not take payment or card details.
What if my preferred date is not shown?
Contact us with your dates, group size and preferred activity. We can check possible options; sending the enquiry does not confirm that the activity can be delivered.
What if plans change?
Use the cancellation policy supplied with your booking. For new standard winter bookings, cancel at least 14 days (336 hours) before the activity for a full refund. Later cancellations are non-refundable, subject to your statutory rights. Read the Booking terms and Cancellations and refunds. Existing bookings retain the terms supplied when they were made.
