Travel from Rovaniemi to Korouoma Nature Reserve for a day among snow-covered forest, rocky scenery and frozen waterfalls. Walk with a guide along a route chosen for the weather and trail conditions, with time to pause and take in the shapes and colours of the winter landscape.
The outing combines the journey to the reserve with several hours outdoors. Ice formations and snow change the scenery through the season, giving each visit its own character. Hot drinks and a light outdoor lunch are included, along with local return transport, thermal overalls and winter boots. Traction aids are provided when the conditions call for them.
